On 28 March 2025, a 7.7-magnitude earthquake centered in Myanmar caused strong tremors across Thailand, testing the Company’s crisis preparedness under real-world conditions. The Company immediately activated the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and executed evacuation procedures in line with established protocols. A comprehensive headcount confirmed that all employees were safely accounted for, with no injuries reported.
In parallel, business continuity arrangements were activated to minimize operational disruption. Work-from-Home (WFH) strategy enabled critical business functions to continue without interruption, while communication channels and coordination mechanisms remained fully operational to support timely decision-making. Prior to resuming on-site activities, the Company conducted comprehensive workplace safety inspections to verify structural integrity and ensure a secure working environment. The incident affirmed organizational resilience against natural-disaster-related risks, which are an increasingly material consideration in the Company’s enterprise risk landscape.
