Banpu Global Leadership Program

Talent Development

The Banpu Global Leadership Program is a flagship leadership development initiative designed to build a strong and future-ready leadership pipeline capable of navigating today’s complex and dynamic business environment. The program focuses on developing leaders who can lead with integrity, think strategically, and collaborate effectively across businesses and geographies. In 2025, the program continued to evolve through several high-impact learning pathways tailored to different stages of the leadership journey.
• Banpu First Line Leader combines classroom workshops, business simulations, Sustainability & ESG knowledge integration, and digital self-learning platforms in a blended learning approach. The program applies 360-degree assessments to measure leadership growth and includes business-related project assignments to reinforce practical application and tangible impact.
• Banpu Future Leader Alumni Program advances leadership readiness, strategic foresight, AI and business acumen. Through company visits and learning exchanges with international organizations, participants broaden their global perspectives and sharpen their strategic thinking.
• The HIVE – Leadership Community of Practice brings together alumni from across the leadership programs to share real-life leadership experiences, best practices, and lessons learned, fostering continuous learning and peer-driven development.
