As digital transformation continues to reshape the energy sector, equipping our workforce with strong AI and digital capabilities has become a strategic priority within Banpu’s human capital agenda. In 2025, we expanded our focus on AI and digital productivity, preparing employees across functions to adopt emerging technologies responsibly and apply them effectively in their daily work.
To strengthen AI awareness and practical adoption, Banpu organized an “AI Day” in 2025. The event enhanced employees’ understanding of AI trends, real-world use cases, and responsible adoption, and showcased practical examples of how AI can be applied to improve work efficiency, support decision-making, and create value across business functions.
In addition, Banpu introduced Hi AI, an AI-enabled solution designed to support employees directly within their daily workflow. By integrating AI capabilities into routine operations, Hi AI provides faster access to information, assists with task execution, and enhances productivity. This initiative helps employees work more efficiently while reinforcing the responsible and value-driven use of AI technologies.
