Strengthening Resilience Through Incident Management Team Exercise
Business Resilience & Continuity

In 2025, the Company conducted a series of tabletop Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises across Thailand, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The exercises were designed to assess the Company’s readiness to respond to complex emergency scenarios, maintain critical operations, and protect employees, assets, data, and business continuity during disruptive events. Rather than a “one-size-fits-all” approach, these simulations were tailored to the specific risk profiles of each geography, ranging from civil unrest and physical infrastructure failures to sophisticated cybersecurity threats.
Country
Simulation Scenario
Strategic Focus
Thailand
Compound Crisis: Simultaneous protest at the Ayutthaya coal terminal and a total power outage at the Bangkok head office.
Evaluated inter-site coordination and escalation protocols during multi-site disruptions.
China
After-Hours Emergency: A significant office fire occurring outside normal business hours.
Tested emergency response readiness, BCP resources, and communication systems.
Indonesia
Cybersecurity Breach: A simulated cyber-attack targeting critical operational data.
Strengthened the synergy between IT, operational teams, and senior management.
Vietnam
Production Disruption: A major production failure at a utility-scale solar farm.
Refined decision-making and communication flows between operational sites and management.
Key learnings from each country exercise were reviewed and incorporated into enhanced protocols and response procedures. These improvements have strengthened coordination between site, country, operational, IT, and management teams, while improving the Company’s preparedness for physical, operational, technology-related, and multi-site disruptions.
